The Rachel Zoe Fall 2016 collection is inspired by elements of 1930s glamour and the deviance of the 1990s — the attitude, iconic photography and unexpected sensuality. “I found similarities between imagery of Marlene Dietrich, the actresses of the ‘30s and the iconic black and white photographs of supermodels in the ‘90s,” says Zoe. “There is a certain confidence and sexiness in how women carried themselves in both eras that I think every woman wants to embody.” The sultriness of the collection is reflected in silk and velvet loungewear, fil coupe, lace and pearls with hints of menswear.
